Parents bring their children (siblings may come too) to the Visser Family YMCA for an evening of food and activities (swimming, gym time, crafts, movies, sensory activities, etc.) while the parents have a night out alone. The program is overseen by a Special Education teacher who specializes in working with children who have Autism and cognitive impairments. Currently, Parent’s Night Out is offered once a month. The cost is $20 for members and $30 for non-members (for one child); for families with two or more children participating the cost is $40 ($60 for non-members). Financial assistance is available to those who qualify.

Respite provided within 35 miles of Wayland, MI. Currently available day or night to provide care for your loved one at your home (not available to do transporting). References and credentials available upon request. Initial meeting required--no cost. Contract for services written and prices determined to meet each family's needs.
